At first I was ready to be annoyed because apps usually make simple things complicated, but this one was easy to get around. It loaded fast, I found what I needed without hunting forever, and checkout on my phone was actually painless. Like, okay app, I see you.

I’ve been using 1st Phorm for a little while now, though I can’t even remember if I started a few weeks ago or a couple months ago at this point. Either way, the coaching has helped me a lot. My coach checks in, answers all my random questions, even the ones I feel kind of dumb asking, and never makes me feel bad when I mess up or fall off for a day. The community has been really nice too. It feels like actual people just trying to improve, not some weird overly perfect fitness crowd. It’s made it a lot easier for me to stick with it.

Box showed up nice and neat, and nothing was broken or leaking, which is more than I can say for some of the clown-show deliveries I’ve gotten before.

I accidentally ordered a tub and figured returning it was going to turn into one of those things, but it really didn’t. The steps were easy enough to follow, and support got back to me quickly. Once they received it, the refund showed up a few days later. No weird back-and-forth or anything like that, so overall I’m happy with how it went

I’ve tried a handful of protein powders, i don’t know why this one is different, but it doesn’t mess with my stomach at all. No bloating, no weird heavy feeling after drinking it, nothing. I was kind of expecting the usual discomfort, so I’m a little confused, but definitely happy with it.

I’ve tried a few 1st Phorm protein powders now, they’re easy to work into my day. The calories are reasonable, the protein is high, and the carbs and fat don’t suddenly ruin everything, which is always nice. Very calm about that. Totally calm.
The taste is good overall, but some flavors are definitely sweeter than I personally want. Not a huge deal, I just notice it. It mixes fine with water, and I’ve thrown it into oats too without any weird texture issues.
I’d probably give it 5 stars if it were a little cheaper and if they had more lower-sugar options. But I’m not mad or anything, clearly very relaxed here. If you track macros, it’s still a solid pick.
